When the Board of Directors first planned the Company they looked at how buyers of overseas properties coped with the language and law differences. They also looked at the multitude of Estate Agents and Developers offering property abroad, some of which offered a good quality service and others that literally took your money and failed to complete the sale or return your deposit.

There was confusion about whether Solicitors were needed or not and problems understanding Laws, that did not exist in the UK. Basically, it was a mess. You were either lucky with your property purchase or you could have lost a lot of money.

So the Directors set about creating a “one stop” overseas property company that covered key destinations for holiday homes and investment properties. Networking with only the very best Agents, to bring you a fantastic selection of properties from around the globe.

They then visited many overseas Developers T.O.P. Network to agree favourable terms for investment buyers who wished to buy Off Plan and Buy To Let properties. In addition, they created a portfolio of selected properties for our investor clients.

The next problem they encountered was the legal paperwork, which works very differently to the UK and has many pitfalls. So they partnered with leading firms of Solicitors abroad to smooth out any potential problems that our clients may have had in their overseas purchase or re-sale.

The final step was to help our clients with financing their new properties. This was achieved by having Sales Staff and Financial Advisers on both sides of the water. This means that we can arrange overseas or UK mortgages for your property abroad (subject to conditions and country) and T.O.P. Networkeven raise deposits from existing equity you may have in your UK home.

The Results... T.O.P. Network was born.

Including key holding and regular checks on; security, alarm, water leaks, electricity, telephone and water supply. We water indoor plants, open windows to air property during visit, flush toilets to stop sticking ball valves and advise on any necessary home repairs. We also have a pre visit service, arranging food shopping and cleaning etc. (at an additional cost).
