You can now have peace of mind, knowing that your apartment, townhouse or villa is being well looked after, so you can enjoy the pleasure of your Spanish property all year round without the worry.

Spain’s irregular water pressure can sometimes cause property floods, simply by a washing machine or dishwasher connection bursting. If left un-noticed for some time, both property and contents often sustain serious water damage. Also small power surges can cause meter boxes to trip, usually activating security alarms until battery runs flat. Without the electricity meter being reset the alarm remains off, leaving your property and full contents unprotected.

Have your property ready for your next visit, we can turn on fridges and freezers and (for additional cost) stock them with your choice of food. We can also arrange cleaning and gardening before you arrive. The answer is “Home Check”.

Home Check service:

• Key Holding.
• Check doors and windows are secure.
• Check electricity supply and reset meter if necessary.
• Check alarm and reset if necessary.
• Check phone lines are working.
• Check water supply and look for any leaks.
• Flush toilets to avoid scum lines and sticking ball valves.
• Water indoor plants.
• Open windows during visit to air property.
• Check your swimming pool and garden (if applicable).
• Advise you about any necessary repairs.
• Provide you with a regular “Home Check” report via email.
• Forward mail monthly (additional 15 €).
• Cleaning and laundry can be arranged (at additional cost).
• Maintenance work and repairs (at additional cost).
• Fridges and freezers stocked with food before your visit (at additional cost)
• We require a minimum two sets of keys for your property.
• Relax knowing your Spanish home is being looked after.

Cost 150 € (+IVA) per month, for key holding, fortnightly home checks and up to 2 extra call out's per month (included) to meet maintenance contractors or arrange pre visit services etc.

Home checks and call outs will include first hour, if it is necessary to remain at property during repairs etc. a rate of 35€ per hour will be charged thereafter.

If you need us to attend the property more than 4 visits per month (to meet contractors or anyone else), a call out fee of 50€ for up to one hour and 35€ an hour thereafter will be charged.
