Including key holding and regular checks on; security, alarm, water leaks, electricity, telephone and water supply. We water indoor plants, open windows to air property during visit, flush toilets to stop sticking ball valves and advise on any necessary home repairs. We also have a pre visit service, arranging food shopping and cleaning etc. (at an additional cost).
From the moment you hand over keys, you can relax knowing that we will take care of everything for you.

One of the most charming aspects of Manilva is that, despite
its prime location on the coast, there is a refreshing lack
of high-rise construction. Therefore, although tourists are
just starting to discover the village (with good reason) it
remains intrinsically Spanish.
One of the most interesting historical monuments here, aside
from the Roman Baths, is the Church of Santa Ana, which dates
back to the lat 17th Century. Shortly thereafter, the Castle
of Duquesa was built which was completed in the 18th Century.
Manilva boasts several wines unique to the area, both dry
and sweet. There are also well known fish restaurants and
chiringuitos here that are renowned for their excellent seafood
